These Terms of Service govern your use of BeGen App, our website URL name https://beGen.quesoft.app/terms-of-service/ and any related services provided by Quesoft LLP.
If you access or download BeGen from the Apple App Store, you agree to any usage rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
We, Quesoft LLP reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page and notify you through the app and/or the email address you provided when you created your account. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE BeGen APP. BY USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT USE THE APP.
1.License Grant.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the App is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that the App and its source code, including without limitation, the design, structure, and organization of the App, are valuable intellectual property of the licensor and that the licensor retains all right, title, and interest in the App and its source code. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the App without the prior written consent of the licensor.
2. Restrictions.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent that such activity is permitted by applicable law. You may not make any modifications to the App or create any derivative works based on the App. You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or its servers, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication within BeGen and/or on its corresponding website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it.
When you use BeGen to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.
4. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. The licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, and all copies thereof. All rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by the licensor.
5. Warranty Disclaimer.
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose and non-infringement. the licensor does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the app or the servers that make the app available are free of viruses or other harmful components. the licensor does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the app in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
6. Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall the licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app or the breach of any warranty, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if the licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
7. Termination
This Terms of Service agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession or control.
8. Governing Law.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensor is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Entire Agreement.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the licensor with respect to the use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the licensor.
10. Modifications
The licensor may modify this terms of service at any time by posting the modified updated one on its website. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the modified terms of service constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
